Nice to see that there are mortgage companies out there that still work with you.
I've been with Countrywide Homeloans for more than a year now.
I can honestly say that in the crisis that we live in today, Countrywide has been diligent in answering questions and making it easy to pay my mortgage.
Although I could do without the PMI, I understand the rules are set in place for a reason. My interest is more than fair and the grace period sure comes in handy sometimes.
All in all, I would recommend Countrywide to anyone looking to change their home loan.
