Bad experience with a car loan
This bank was absoluetly horrible to deal with. I have never experienced sucn a terrible experience. They are a complete scam. I tried to turn in my lease and they are trying to charge me for all kinds of extra repairs that aren't even mentioned as part of my contract. They are trying to charge me almost $500 for 2 new tires because their independent Inspection company "Datascan" said they were below the allowable tread. I took the car to Infiniti (since my car is an Infiniti) and they thought I was out of my mind buying 2 new tires, so they measured the tread in front of me and I had plenty of tread (even more) than what was required according to my contract. I had a work order from Infiniti stating this faxed to US Bank and they refuse to accept it. This is a complete scam! I would NEVER do business with these people. I am paying $2000 when I turn in the car for mileage, no problem, but it's not fair to charge for things that are normal wear and tear and to not allow you to get an independent survey done.
