You need to be careful with who you work with in this situation. Many companies will say they can help and may look to collect money from you to do it. I'm not saying the companies are not trust worthy, but unforunately there are untrustworthy people in the world. Your best bet is to contact your lender. They will instruct you BEST. If the person on the phone is not helping you, then ask for the supervisor. Find the person that will offer you some solutions.
Keep in mind that the only solution MAY be to sell the property in order to avoid foreclosure. Unfortunately, other lenders can not assist you without a steady income. Your current lender is the one company that can offer you solutions, if therer are any. Good luck and feel free to contact us if you are still unclear.
