Countrywide as a lender is too big to fix simple problems I have dealt with on at least 3 occasions the same problems over and over again with them. Occasionally I get someone who at least speaks fluent english and I can understand them, but not often

I tried to get a mortgage with 3 others banks, I was denied. With Countrywide was simple.
